If I could give a zero star rating, I would. This company has been a nightmare since day one. It took more than four weeks to even get someone to sit with my disabled and elderly family member. Just from a lack of action on their part. They finally changed their tune after another family member left an unsavory review. They even tried to get this person to change their review to reflect better on themselves. This person did not, as is their RIGHT, and they have fabricated reasons to drop care for my elderly relative. Leaving him COMPLETELY without care and isolated. This is NOT how a good and reputable caregiver company should operate. I wouldn't recommend them to someone I hated, much less someone truly in need. If you can avoid this place, that's your best option.

Lacey with Visiting Angels of Scottsburg has been a godsend for us. She is so caring with my husband. She kneels and leans in when talking to him, brings him treats and goes out of her way to be helpful to me...even in small ways most people wouldn't even think of.

I like working with Visiting Angel caregivers. I have had some really great ones that I really love. The only problem that I'm having is I have 40 hours a week, but they are giving me half of that on my schedule, so I'm not getting enough care like I need. I don't like when they change new caregivers around on you as well, because I like to keep my same caregivers, the same ones that I am used to.
