If you are looking for a companion for your loved one, then I HIGHLY recommend using Visiting Angels! Specifically, the Visiting Angels team run by Jennifer and her husband has been a true Godsend! Both Jennifer and her Master Scheduler, Ryshema, have made me feel as though Dad is their only client! No matter what was going on with Dad on a certain day or throughout the week, either Jennifer or Ryshema got back to me immediately (weekends, too) to address any concerns I may have had. They both worked hard to find the caregiver that would be the best fit for Dad, and they also worked hard to find a consistent caregiver, due to his dementia (consistency of a caregiver, I learned, is definitely hard to find in this field!). While I understood that the caregiver couldn't force Dad to do anything he didn't want to, his caregivers Kyle (primary) and Tamika (secondary) always did there best (and were often successful!) getting Dad out and about in the Atlantic Shores community (no easy feat!). The client portal used by Visiting Angels was very useful! Dad's care plan was clearly laid out, and Kyle always ensured he left a note for me to let me know how Dad's day went. I am so happy that I found Visiting Angels!

We’re so thankful for Nurse Rebecca and the amazing care she gives to my wife. Her visits are always a real comfort and source of reassurance for both of us. She’s so patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and her practical advice has made caregiving so much easier. We highly recommend Nurse Rebecca to anyone who needs compassionate and caring support.

I would recommend Visiting Angels 100%. My mother who has Alzheimers fell and hurt her knee. The facility she lives at unexpectedly calls to tell my sister & I that until her Ortho app 4 days later, someone needs to be with with her 24hrs. The Visiting Angels were absolutely amazing. Within a few hours they had arranged shifts to help. Everyone that came were so nice, understanding and professional. The Angels are truly a blessing

Words can't express my gratitude for mom's Caregiver Patricia! Her loving spirit and caring nature for my mom is much appreciated. Mom really enjoys spending time with her. I made a change from another home health care company to Visiting Angels, and I could not be more pleased with my decision. Wanda Granger is a wonderful caregiver for my 88 year old mother who has dementia. Wanda’s care for my mom is more than just a job she genuinely cares for my mom. My husband and I have such great confidence in the love and care that mom is receiving. We are able to get away with our children and grandchildren, and know that mom will be well cared for while we are away. Thank you Wanda and Visiting Angels!
