I have dealt with Visiting Angels for almost a year. Initially I needed 24/7 care for a bedridden family member. Now I am using them for companionship, cooking and cleaning. Kimberly, Susan, and Carolyn are always responsive and willing to work to place the proper care givers for your particular needs. Prior to Visiting Angels, I worked with another company and they had a lot of turnover in the office staff as well as the aids. I find Visiting Angels in Palm Coast very professional and responsive to the clients' needs.

I sought home-care for my dear mom at Visiting Angels and was immediately greeted by a welcoming and professional staff. They took the time to sit down with me to have a comprehensive conversation, carefully listening to mom’s needs, health, personality, likes and dislikes, and so forth. They matched us with a caretaker within a day and the experience was excellent. Mom was very pleased by the caring help and timely companionship received. I can only highly recommend Visiting Angels to help care for your loved ones.

My Dad fell on a holiday weekend. He could not get up and all regular doctor’s offices were closed for a few days, so the emergency room seemed like the only answer -until I found Visiting Angels online. They have nurses come into the home and care for people like my Dad. This service is fantastic. Different nurses came in to take care of my dad in 12 hour shifts so he was never alone. Every nurse was highly experienced and gave great care. They even were able to drive my Dad to his doctor appointment when things finally opened up again after the holiday.Thanks to Visiting Angels my Dad was able to recuperate and get some rest.I am so very grateful for Visiting Angels, their name says it all!
