I’m reposting this review because my previous one was reported and removed.<br>After taking a couple of weeks to process everything, I can finally put my experience at Sancerre into words.<br>Senior living communities talk a lot about compassion, dignity, and resident-centered care. Those values should be more than marketing—they should be evident every day, especially in memory care. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.<br>I saw ongoing issues with leadership, accountability, and support for memory care. The residents in memory care are some of the most vulnerable people in the building, yet it often felt like they were an afterthought. They deserve patience, respect, and people willing to advocate for them.<br>I’m sharing my experience because families deserve transparency when making decisions about the care of someone they love. My hope is that meaningful changes are made so the care residents receive truly reflects the values the community promises.

Very rude lady named Chris, and honestly the whole office smelled of old cigarette smoke which seemed to lead to the front desk. I just feel like a professional company should be more inviting and offer a better environment.

I visited this community over the weekend and was so impressed. Between the open air feeling the smiles I could see on all the residents and the cleanliness of this community made me score Sancerre as a total 10!
