Visiting Angels has provided exceptional care for our 93-year-old mother. From the very first meeting with Keith Karlsen and Anna Broadhead, the entire team has been attentive, caring and professional. The scheduling process is a breeze - the team is always flexible and is able to meet our needs even with short notice. We also appreciate their commitment to following COVID safety protocols, which is very important when caring for one who is vulnerable. Our caregiver has been a blessing. She clearly loves what she does, and treats our mother with kindness, respect and compassion. Visiting Angels has consistently met our needs and expectations. Knowing our mother is in capable, caring hands is such a comfort to us all. We wholeheartedly recommend Visiting Angels to family, friends and anyone looking for reliable, compassionate in-home care. Thanks to the entire ream for the excellent care and support we have received.

This review is long overdue! Keith and his wonderful caregivers at Visiting Angels Newport Beach, truly made an amazing difference in my life and the last 6 weeks of my 94 year old mother's life. I did not have a good experience with Hoag Hospice but having Keith right there, made all the difference and gave me the help I needed. He personally came and introduced each caregiver and they were amazing. I still keep in touch with a very special one. I could not have managed without Keith and his amazing team. I highly recommend them!

I was struggling with balancing my job and the caregiving needs of my wife with dementia. I found that there was no balance. That's when I reached out to Visiting Angels. They quickly showed me that they were up to the task of providing excellent care for my wife...giving me the time I needed to serve my clients. There were several caregivers who took care of my wife. What I appreciated the most was that each one was creative in figuring out ways to keep her engaged.

During a time of such grief, the team at Visiting Angels was an absolute lifeline for my family and me. The staff at Visiting Angels were not just caregivers; they were angels who showed compassion, empathy, and genuine concern for my parent's well-being. They provided exceptional physical care, but also took the time to listen, comfort, and offer emotional support when we needed it most. It was a comfort to know that my parent was in such good hands. The care provided by Visiting Angels was tailored to my parent's unique needs, and every staff member treated them with the utmost dignity and respect. The team went above and beyond to ensure that my parent was comfortable and cared for, even in the final moments of their life. I cannot express enough gratitude to Keith Karlsen and his team for their exceptional care and compassion during this difficult time. Their kindness and dedication to their work truly made a difference to our family. I highly recommend Visiting Angels to anyone who needs compassionate care for their loved ones. Thank you Visiting Angels for taking such great care of our dad! Visiting Angels always gave us peace of mind knowing that our dad was well cared for and not alone. They were always willing to help in any way needed. A big help was after dad stopped driving they were happy to take him for his errands etc.. and taking care of his little dog as well. Visiting Angels were also very flexible and adjusted to our scheduling needs as they changed from time to time. We highly recommend them!
