I am pleased that I made the call to Visiting Angels when I was in need of in-home care / companion for my elderly mother. Having our Visiting Angel Kim has made a big difference for me. As my mother's caregiver, I am in need of someone to relieve me for a few hours each week. Having Kim has given me the respite time I definitely need. Knowing Kim is caring for my mother while I'm out of the house is a weight off my shoulders ( for a few hours at least)!

Visiting Angels Medford has provided incredible care and support for my mom. Finding the right care was stressful, but they quickly put our worries at ease. Their staff has been exceptional, especially Abigail, who has shown kindness, compassion, and genuine care throughout the process. They are always quick to respond, which gives our family peace of mind. After difficult experiences with rehab facilities, I was hesitant to seek help, but a friend recommended Visiting Angels, and I’m so grateful we called. Abigail also connected us with helpful programs and resources we wouldn’t have found on our own. The entire team is caring, attentive, and dedicated. I know not all franchises are the same, but our experience with the Medford office has been exceptional. Knowing my mom is in good hands means everything to us. After I had knee replacement, I stayed only one night in the hospital and then was sent home, not to rehab. I was really concerned that I would not be able to take care of myself, get in and out of bed, get to the bathroom, dress, get food, or stay on top of the medication schedule. I scheduled Visiting Angels to come stay for a few nights to get me through that initial adjustment period. I am so thankful that they were there - I would have been completely helpless without them, and recovery would have been impossible. The first 3 nights I was helped by Maggie, who is extremely competent and just a delight to be around - warm and friendly and encouraging. The last night I had Angely, who was very helpful and bubbly and kept me laughing. I felt so well cared for by both of them. I can't say enough good things about my Visiting Angels experience - except, if you need help - hire them!
