Our family had a truly positive experience at this skilled nursing facility during my uncle’s stay. From the very beginning, the admissions process was made smooth and stress-free thanks to Ryan, the admissions director. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and compassionate, and took the time to walk us through everything so we felt supported and informed. The nursing and support staff consistently went above and beyond in their care. It was clear that my uncle was treated with dignity, patience, and genuine kindness throughout his stay. We always felt reassured knowing he was in good hands. The rehab team was also outstanding. They were encouraging, professional, and really focused on helping him make meaningful progress. We were impressed with the level of dedication and the personalized attention he received. Overall, we are very grateful for the care my uncle received and would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

Five stars. From intake to discharge, the team exceeded our expectations. Nurses and CNAs provided attentive, skilled care and always treated my family member with dignity and kindness. The physical and occupational therapists were knowledgeable and motivating — we saw steady progress each week. The facility is clean and well-maintained, meals were good, and administrative staff kept us informed about treatment plans and appointments. We felt involved in decisions and truly supported throughout the stay. Thank you for excellent care.

I have friends who are in the Medford Rehabilitation Center - and I visit them regularly - there is a very caring and personal approach to rehabilitation, as well as care. Caring staff who take into account personal adjustments for each resident. Very tasty cuisine and constant communication between the management and the residents. Excellent service!

I am very concerned about the care my grandfather is receiving at this facility. During my visit, his room was dirty and disorganized, and the environment did not appear safe or properly maintained. My grandfather also told me he had not been given breakfast or lunch that day. Residents depend on staff to make sure they receive their meals, so hearing that he was not fed was extremely alarming. I also noticed that his call button was being ignored. When residents press the call button, they are asking for help, and it should not go unanswered. Additionally, I observed a staff member sleeping in a chair outside day’ rooms while they are supposed to be monitoring and assisting residents. Seeing this while residents are waiting for help raises serious concerns about neglect and supervision. Because residents in care facilities are vulnerable and rely completely on staff for basic needs, I believe this situation should be investigated by management and appropriate state oversight agencies to ensure residents are receiving proper care.
