I’ve been using Visiting Angels for roughly two years to help care for my elderly mother, and our experience has been excellent. Most importantly, my mother has been very happy with the services she’s received. When I first brought up the idea of having a caregiver, she felt a bit unsure, but she quickly grew comfortable and at ease. Scheduling has been straightforward, and they consistently do their best to accommodate my needs, even on short notice. If a caregiver is unavailable due to illness or other circumstances, I’m informed right away, and they are usually able to arrange a replacement. Pricing is also more than reasonable for in-home caregivers. We’ve been fortunate to have the same caregiver most of the time. She provides wonderful care, and my mother genuinely enjoys her company. My mom looks forward to her visits, which gives me great peace of mind knowing she’s in good hands. For anyone who, like me, is caring for an aging parent, I wholeheartedly recommend Visiting Angels.

I am so glad my family chose Visiting Angels to provide care for my Mammaw. She had dementia and we needed some extra help to ensure her safety. The staff at Visiting Angels were always so accommodating, they allowed us to make a schedule based on when we needed help, and always communicated any changes with us. All of the caregivers were well educated in dementia care and were such a great help!

This company has been so easy to work with to help our family. Every staff member has been pleasant and helpful. They are very accommodating to individual needs. Access to communicate with the staff 24/7. I can’t say enough good things about them & would recommend their services to anyone I know.

Talked to a women in the office who I am told is the owner who was very pleasent. She must have thought she had hung up the phone because after pur conversation I then heard her talking about myself and my mother who they care for. What I heard was very disturbing. I am in the process of quietly finding another situation for my mom. I will say I called their on call many times and often talked with a Rebecca and she was the most amazing person I dealt with. She always went above and beyond and kept that touch of professionalism I would have liked to have seen from all of their office staff. I have loved the caregivers who absolutely do a wonderful job.

We are beyond grateful for Visiting Angels and the incredible support they’ve given our family. They are truly five stars all the way! The caregivers are always on time, incredibly communicative, and flexible with our family’s changing needs. They are attentive to every detail and show such genuine care and compassion. Their willingness to help in every way has been a huge support and blessing to us. We trust them completely and appreciate them more than words can say — we truly couldn’t have asked for better care for my dad.
