I put in an application. I received a call back the following day, the lady who had called me was named Becky. The gentlemen that answer the phone when I got a call back was trying to get basic information about my work history. I told him that I had owned my own business for five years, ask more questions, then he tried to belittle me and say so since your business failed, are you trying to get our clients or work for us mind you I never said my business failed. I still have active clients. I was just looking to pick up a more work but the way that he insinuated something I never said and tried to belittle me. It was so rude. He was on speaker and my mouth dropped. I look over at my son who’s 22 and his eyes were beg. 1. I would never work there now 2. definitely wouldn’t recommend my loved on be in there the type of people that they are.. I’m still in shock of his response. “Becky” hasn’t been in the office since because I did want to have a conversation about it.

The VAMC in Lexington utilizes the services of Visiting Angels to assist veterans with transportation to and from appointments. This morning at 0630, my ride showed up with a smile on her face! (I'm still not entirely awake, but I think her name is Leah?) Responsible driver, friendly and very tolerant of my half asleep rambling! (BTW the driver side headlight was pointing inward and not directly in front of the vehicle!) Highly recommend! (She even stopped so I could get some lunch on our way back!)

Visiting Angels has been such a blessing to our family. Their caregivers are kind, dependable, and truly go above and beyond to make sure our loved one is well cared for. They treat us with so much compassion and respect — it’s clear they genuinely care about the people they help. From the office staff to the caregivers who come into our home, everyone has been professional, patient, and understanding. It gives us such peace of mind knowing our loved one is in good hands. Visiting Angels in Lexington, KY is great! Bekki and Phil are kind, pleasant, and easy to work with. Their first priority is the client and making sure they get the care they need. They are also good employers because they will work with their employees to be flexible when needed. Whether you're looking for work or for in-home care for a family or friend, I highly recommend Visiting Angels.

Bekki was so easy to work with when our father became ill, and needed in home care. She was good about answering any questions we had and was always quick to return a call if we didn’t get her right away. My dad enjoyed chatting with the caregivers that came to help, but he especially enjoyed Sharon Butler! They seemed to have a lot in common sports-wise, and they were always giving each other grief when talking about their favorite teams opposing each other. We cannot say enough about the great job Visiting Angels did in my dads time of need.
