Since being hired at this facility I genuinely feel as though I have found a second family. Everyone I've met has been nothing but kind and welcoming. The staff and residents are all wonderful, there is always something fun happening for our residents, and everyone you pass no matter what their roll is, are always kind, friendly, and happy to help. I have never had the pleasure of working with so many wonderful and diverse people in one place. This is a place that if I had to, I would be comfortable having a family member or someone i cared about live at, and know they would be cared for by a whole building of people whom genuinely care. This has been the most positive work environment I've ever worked in and would recommend to anyone. I am so grateful to get to be a part of such an amazing team of people whom care.
