We cannot say enough wonderful things about Rhonda. My mother currently lives at this assisted living community, and Rhonda consistently goes above and beyond in ways that make an incredible difference for both my mom and our entire family.<br><br>She treats my mother with genuine kindness, patience, dignity, and compassion, always taking the time to make her feel valued, respected, and cared for. During stressful moments, Rhonda has been a source of reassurance, support, and professionalism. It is clear that this isn’t just a job to her—she truly cares about the residents and their families.<br><br>Knowing that someone like Rhonda is looking out for my mother gives our family tremendous peace of mind. Her willingness to help, attention to detail, and caring heart never go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for everything she does.<br><br>Thank you, Rhonda, for making such a positive impact on my mother’s life and on our entire family. My mom-in-law has been at Hartland Hills going on a year. We are so pleased with the enthusiasm of the staff-Rhonda, Nancy, and Bob! The genuine care they show my mom-in-law is encouraging. The social opportunities, dining, and supportive extra level of care allow us to feel comfortable with our choice in a living placement. Highly recommend!

Holiday Hartland Hills has been an incredible place to witness a community that works together to strengthen and encourage a GREAT population of seniors! From entering the community with Rhonda in marketing, dining with Chef Amanda, activities with Sarah, Bocce with Bob (he is an amazing General Manager!), and maintenance with Tony, they really tie things together beautifully. If you or your loved ones are looking for a vibrant, safe, and upscale environment to enjoy retirement without the burden of home upkeep, I cannot recommend Holiday Hartland Hills enough.

I was so happy to find Heartland Hills. I called many places and when I talked to Rhonda I knew that this was the place. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. I could tell that she really cared about the people and that it was gonna be a great place for my Marjorie. Everyone there is so sweet. She made great friends.

Went down for a tour. Rhonda was our tour guide , and she was terrific. She tool the time to answer all the questions introduced us some of the people living there. The response was great from all we met, not one negative comment about the place. And now for the the best part, they all loved Rhonda as did my wife and I. She bent over backwards to help with the benefits, which I didn't even know I qualified for. The place is very clean all people there seem quite content living there. We do recommend looking here if you are interested in independent living.<br><br>ASK for RHONDA, She is the best.
