My 94 year old MIL has been at Bridgepoint for 11 months. She loves her place, the other residents and all the nurses and aids that come in and take care of her. They all know her and treat her like their own family. Facilities are very nice, modern and clean. Lori Mills was so helpful when we moved Lucille (MIL) in and remains friendly every time we visit. As are all the staff. I would recommend Bridgepoint to anyone looking for assisted living for their loved one.

My husband has been at Bridgepointe since April 2025 in the memory wing with Early Onset Alzheimer’s. It has been such a blessing to know he’s somewhere that I don’t have to worry about his care. His room is always neat and clean and they keep my husband cleaned up as well. There’s nowhere else I would I would want him to be for the round the clock care he needs.

I placed my husband in Bridgepointe’s Memory Care area over a year ago. The initial intake was smooth as we followed Denise and team’s guidance. I had no previous experience with this and it was a very hard decision to make. They assisted us in every step of the way.<br><br>The team at Bridgepointe is caring and personable, from the front desk, housekeeping, kitchen to the patient care team. Any concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. Everyone seems to love working there. They engage the memory care residents in activities as appropriate. I appreciate the great care he received there.

This letter is long over due, but I feel so grateful to all the fine staff at Bridgepointe. My precious husband Clint passed on Nov. 6th, and I felt so blessed that you all had helped care so tenderly and lovingly for the last 2 years. Lorri Mills coordinated all the transitioning of Clint from the hospital to Bridgepointe. I had all the confidence in the world that Lorri would steer me to the best, but never would I have dreamed that Clint would grow to love his stay the way he did. The staff were so good to him and he loved them so dearly. The room was meticulously maintained and when he fell they were there to lift him and care for him or get him to the hospital. Shantinique was like a daughter to him and made him laugh. I would highly recommend Bridgepointe to any one searching for excellence in care. It did my heart good to have the staff help Clint in this most loving of ways.

We have found Bridgepointe to be a great place for our mother ! The staff are very helpful Communicative and caring. There are many levels of care to meet the needs of each resident both on memory care and assisted living communities . My family and I are pleased with our decision to have Mom in this caring place .
