After owner response I’m editing to add - very strange you immediately try to urge me to delete my review because I seem to be the only person speaking up about this company, Obviously, you are not going to have my name in your database when MY FATHER is the one receiving care? I didn’t think it was that hard to grasp that concept I will not delete my review. People need to understand the lack of care and compassion. This company has for the people they are supposed to take care of as sending untrained people to my father‘s home, who is bedridden and completely reliable on other people is unacceptable when you have not trained them or sent Another caregiver out to train them. I am sad to hear learning that Rebecca is no longer with the company however, I don’t expect a company to only have one good care giver so this is unacceptable either way. No, I will not waste my time. Trying to call again. I have called many times. I’ve left many voicemails. Never heard back from anybody in the office. I used to have a wonderful caregiver name Rebecca we called her Becky to take care of my father. She was excellent very attentive always on time. Never hesitated to make us feel like family. She stopped coming a while back out of nowhere and visiting Angels. Keep sending new people to our house, which is not a problem if there is something going wrong with Rebecca, however it’s pretty upsetting when these new people are new to the company in itself they have not even trained these people and they don’t know how to take care of my father. I have got a company coming out to help take care of my father because I am not able to be there all the time. This is very inconvenient when we are paying money out-of-pocket for And we cannot even get the care we were promised and anytime I tried to call the office Ask if we could have Rebecca back we get no response Voicemail or I’m told by ladies in the office that they will see what they can do honestly thinking about switching caregiving companies if you were looking to have visiting angels, take care of your family I would think twice about it
