My Uncle, who is 94, stayed at this facility for about 6 weeks after being 2 weeks in the hospital. The staff took excellent care of my Uncle. His physical and what he called psychological therapy helped him return to his baseline and better. He was able to travel to Mississippi within 5 days of being released and participate in a Conference as a speaker. Thank you Riverside Staff!

My dad is in there now been a week I’m not happy with care some nurse assistant nasty attitudes the nurse is very nice pt really do their job cleanses poor food poor

Do not put your loved one in the care of the staff at this facility, specifically the dementia unit. They are negligent and mess up with medication doses. When our mom ended up hospitalized because a crucial medication wasn’t being given to her, the nurses, cna’s acted like it wasn’t a big deal. They were rude and disrespectful when questioned about our mom’s care and medication. The best thing we did was take our mom home and away from them.

I have been calling their billing number since August for them to correct a bill for my stay there. I can only assume they lost a $10,000 check that they cashed. Charged me for a month I wasn't even there. No one returns my calls, voicemail boxes are full. Stay away!
