I’ve been here for almost a 1-1/2 yrs. My opinion has changed greatly. Maintenance is not able to keep things repaired. I went 6+ weeks without a washer/dryer unit. I had been told a new unit was ordered then after 6+ weeks my kind neighbor inquired when I might get it replaced. They brought me another 20+ yr old unit from a vacant unit. It takes forever to dry but doesn’t seem to have any electrical issues yet. My refrigerator has leaked from the freezer since I moved in. Never repaired. I have containers to catch the liquid the best I can plus purchased storage containers to protect my food as I have paid out over $850 in the last year to replace ruined food items. Then 2 weeks ago the leak was so bad it was all over the floor. Was told it was the seal, a new one would arrive 8/5. Still not fixed. My brother has loaned me a mini fridge to use to prevent more loss. Every month they send out “order completed” emails and I need to make another work order request. I’m just 1 of many. You need get any delivery from the mail room asap or it will disappear, including meds. All 3 elevators were vandalized and out of order for a period. Many residents are walker and wheelchair users and were unable to leave the upper 4 floors. Our rent is going up while the upkeep is going down. The security doors are propped open and the homeless come into the building at random. The pool/spa is closed down very frequently and not well maintained. Most hallways are very warm and not comfortable, was not as bad last summer. I’m not a complainer and have only contacted management for the above appliance issues. I try to be pleasant but patience is running thin.

Elevators are always down, maintenance on air conditioning systems seem to never get an answer on for a replacement, everything needs to be replaced or fixed that has been waited for over 3+ Months!

Repairs were great. I did have. A request in for the garbage disposal so seems like it would have been better to do the alarm together and take less time than two times.

They basically screwed my 65 year old, disabled mother around for three months demanding bank account information, retirement information, detailed account transaction information, divorce paperwork, and STILL at this point has not been enough to get my mother a place to live.. They literally monitored my mother's bank account and then demanded information on her outgoing transactions.. like what the hell kind of scam is this?<br><br>The run around my family has been out through, the stress it has put on us just to try to get my mother a safe space to live, is INSANE and NOT WORTH IT. Even getting a response is like "oh we'll demand some more financial and deeply personal information on regular business days when it suits us and not let you know what's going on at any time ever"<br><br>Biggest waste of time. Good luck if you wanna try em.
