They hold events and let their tenants and friends of tenants block in the cars and driveways of other streets that live close by. As well as let their tenants/friends park in front of people's houses for days to weeks at a time while they go on vacation. They have plenty of parking to accomodate everyone but choose not to.

My MIL is so enjoying her new retirement community. She's only lived here for about 6 months, but says everyone is very kind & welcoming. She's very much enjoying the activities, too.

I have lived at the Terrace for about five months. There are many activities you can participate in to meet new people. The dining room is a very nice place to meet your friends and the food is very tasty, as well as the coffee shop. The administration is friendly and helpful if you have questions. Covid has put a damper on some activities but is slowly getting back to their normal.

My mother lives there. It a very nice place and secured. If you love to socialize they have it all. Pool, sauna, computer room, craft, puzzle, sewing, theater, hair salon, DVD check outs. And a huge social gathering center that has lots of activities throughout the month. I'm comforted knowing my mom is safe there
