Failed to notify family of falling except when she fell in the dining room in front of everyone. Supposed to have alarm on her bed so they can check on her and I didn't see it on her bed she fell again and I walked in and saw the bruises on her body and it's always. (Well she fell out of bed her left thigh and side were bruised up bad and she did have a tear on her left wrist but they couldn't tell me what happened I took care of her at home for years and she never had any marks on her unless she bumped into something. Never have met the Dr and I don't think he has been there

My father and family had a wonderful experience during the time he stayed here. They provided for all his needs and even his quirks. We were kept aware of any issues with his health, care or well being. The care he received was unbelievably good and so very appreciated. I found the staff both professional and compassionate. We built relationships with the staff and management and are thankful that we chose The Vineyards for his care. I would be suspicious of any bad reviews posted about this place as he was there for a long time with no complaints from my very picky family. We were more than very satisfied with this place.

Unprofessional, dishonest, substandard care, poor communication. We were lied to and mislead by the owner. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Grateful our loved one is no longer there. Just one example of our experience. I arrived at the front door of the facility for a scheduled visit. Before I opened the door I heard excessively loud heavy metal music blaring from inside. I proceeded to ring the doorbell for 15 minutes before anyone noticed I was there. When they finally opened the door I was already speaking with the sherrifs office. They said they had been busy getting residents ready for bed. How could any elderly patient possible settle in to sleep or be calm in that environment? Please, don't subject your family to this.
