The staff are amazing. My father receives authentic care in an environment that is conducive to positive health. The facility is well kept and very clean. Staff treat all residents with dignity and respect. I would recommend this facility over anyplace I've experienced in my lifetime. Truly amazing work being done there. Thank you

I am so grateful for the wonderful care my mother received at Embassy at Valley View]. The staff were absolutely outstanding—compassionate, attentive, and always respectful. They made sure to cater to her needs and made her feel like a valued individual every single day. The food was always fresh and delicious, and it was clear they took great care in offering meals that were both nutritious and enjoyable. The activities provided were engaging and diverse, helping to keep my mother active and entertained. I felt confident and at ease knowing she was in such caring hands. My name is Crystal B. - a sister to a resident at Embassy of Valley View. They have been the only group facility that has made a breakthrough with my brother. He has done so well, and it all has to do with the level of attention and care he is given each day. I wish that he had went to this facility before he had went to any other. They wasted no time learning what it was he was needing to get through the anxiety he was experiencing and once they accomplished that, he has been very happy, active and helpful there. We have had such a great experience and if I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. Thank you Valley View staff, you have ALL been an absolute answer to prayer. Special mention to Charla, she's a very special lady with a dedication to seeing their residents reach their full potential.

I have a family member that has been in the facility for 6 months, Best care ever!! They really love him and take care of him like family!! I cannot say enough about the staff, laundry, kitchen custodial! they are all top notch. Charla has been our lifeline she goes above and beyond daily.

If you are looking for placement of your loved one with memory care needs, Valley View Care Center is the place to tour. Their staff is very compassionate , the facility is extremely clean, the activities provided are patient centered around memory loss along with each meal.
