I'm leaving a one star if I could do zero I would, it's highly unprofessional how i have been calling katlyn since Friday and left voicemails from Friday, Monday, and today Tuesday. We was scheduled for me to come in so I can give her my info so l can start work just for me to be turn around to<br>"reschedule " I don't have a car so I had to take a Lyft there and the bus back home. I left multiple voicemails and even told the front desk before I left that I was on my way. The whole time if Katlyn needed to reschedule she should have communicated with me way before I even left or even when she had first gotten there. I called back a few minutes ago to ask when to reschedule and they connected me to Ashley and I had told her what had happened, she was supposed to connect me with katlyn to reschedule but I got disconnected, when I called back to get through to Ashley again it went straight to voicemail. Like this is HIGHLY unacceptable and unprofessional. I don't know how to feel, all I wanted to do is just work.. tired of getting my hopes up just to keep being let down…. And then I just called them today again ASHLEY put me on hold for 3 minutes and hung up on me! I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT!

Deedee has been amazing to help us acclimate my sweet uncle into his new apartment and routine. She’s helped us with what supplies to get, whom to contact for help regarding maintenance, times, meals, etc. - A special shout-out also to Mike in operations, who is phenomenal. Thank you for providing us with such caring staff, who are doing one of the hardest jobs and with so much responsibility!

I am so happy my mother is a resident of Hollybrook in Belleville, IL. She really enjoys living there. The staff is friendly, courteous and attentive. I not only see that everytime I visit, she reminds me of how much she enjoys living there and including the staff on a daily basis. I feel secure in knowing she is in a safe and happy environment. The facility is new, modern and has all the amenities she needs. I really like Sarah Brewer the director and all of her staff. My mother and I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for assisted living care.
