My grandma who had Alzheimer’s recently passed away and lived at Village Manor for 3 years. The staff was beyond thoughtful, caring and friendly. Our family can not say enough about her care team at the facility. On the day of her passing they even displayed a bouquet in her honor on the grand piano. So many staff told us wonderful memories they had with her. Some staff even told us they visited her on their days off and had their lunch break helping feed her and spend time with her. I want to especially shout out: Jacob, the chaplain, Dayna, Connor and Heather, some of her favorites among others. They were so supportive through the very end. They truly loved and cared for my grandma as if she was their own, even on her hardest days. I truly will miss coming to visit my grandma and the amazing staff at village manor.

Villiage Manor Retirement community is outstanding, this is the best facility that I have ever visited. The staff is attentive to the needs of the residents and holds special activities regularly, and has events to bring families and guests together regularly. An on site Hospis is available to for last days care that works closely with the manor staff and nurses for comfort care.<br>If you or a family member may be considering a retirement community, take the time to visit and tour the Village Manor in Hartland

Village Manor is a beautiful place to live. My mother-in-law lived there for about 6 months before she passed and the staff were kind and caring and took great care of her. Now my father-in-law lives there and he is very happy there. The activities that Village Manor has are wonderful. Last night Premier Big Band played a Christmas concert last night. They played for an hour and a half and my father-in-law had a smile on his face the whole time and he was signing to all the songs. Village Manor is a great place for seniors! Village Manor has everything you will need. Chef John and his staff make meals that are very good. All of the staff and gracious and kind. You won't be disappointed if you have family move in.

My 97 year old mother lived here for close to three years. It is always clean, the food is good and they managed my Mom's restrictive dietary needs. Here are always activities<br>Despite my Mom developing some dementia they did not require her to move. The care staff was generally very good in meeting her needs especially the last days of her life. They ate not perfectly but top of line for these kinds of facilities. Lll
