My mom was in here for rehabilitation after her back surgery. She now has sepsis and had asked multiple times for someone to look at it or get her a bandage to cover as the stitches were catching on the bedding and then never followed back up to give her the care she was asking for. Do not recommend.

The Executive Director of the Village is one that really cares for the residents and helps to keep them safe. The Director of Nursing brings quality to nurses. I am a resident here at the Village, The staff, Nurses, Med Techs,CNA’s are now my extended family. I highly recommend .

Google The care my sister received at The Village Health & Rehabilitation was truly exemplary. From the very beginning, the staff showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. They treated my sister with dignity and respect, and it was clear they were deeply invested in her comfort, health, and overall well-being. Communication with our family was excellent, and we always felt informed and reassured. Knowing she was in such capable and caring hands made an incredibly difficult time much easier for our family. I would absolutely recommend The Village Health & Rehabilitation to anyone looking for high-quality care for a loved one.

My best friend is here for rehab. This place needs to be shut down. Not only does she not get her meds on time which can kill her, she is ignored when she needs help (she cant walk unassisted) and verbally assaulted by staff. The food is disgusting and we are told that because most elderly people don't eat a lot it’s sufficient. It’s not. This is a rehab facility not a dog kennel. People healing need nutrition. It is evident the staff do not care about the people here.

My family member was there for about two weeks. I'm a doctor. There are a lot of pros and a lot of cons about this place. They have a lot of staff that seem to care about the patients. All of the staff are very nice. Many of the nursing assistant and other staff do not seem well trained. But, the nurses and PT/OT teams seem good. They serve the patients three meals a day but the food is terrible. If you're assigned Dr.Brown, and you need to physically see her (or speak to her)- you can forget about that! The care is via the "telephone game". Someone will relay the message. The outside grounds are lovely. Housekeeping is understaffed.
