Love the location of this property! The interior has been updated and is always clean, they have great community rooms and activities for an opportunity to meet your neighbors. Maintenance is top notch and gets things done promptly and correctly. Office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, always available for any needs. Definitely recommend!

I just moved here in August 2024 and I have no complaints. It's very peaceful here and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love it here so far. Many activities planned for the month if you want to partake in any of it and also a hair salon which is super convenient

The owners should make this facility non-smoking because a lot of residents have problems breathing!!!!!!!!

We have lived at The Village at Hampden Town Center for 6 years. We were so pleased to find a Senior Facility so close to shopping, light Rail and access to the major transportation arteries located nearby. Our 2 bedroom apartment is spacious for our needs, warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We feel safe in this neighborhood and have timely response from fire and medical facilities. The staff has always been responsive to our needs. We have made numerous friends during our stay here and plan to remain here for a long time.
