My husband stayed here for three weeks two months ago. The staff was so nice, friendly, helpful, kind, honest, and very hardworking. The physical therapy twice a day, occupational and speech therapy each once a day, was terrific as well with knowledgeable therapists. The social worker helped to coordinate all the home service and equipment we needed upon my husband being released from the facility. You can't beat the surroundings either; it's so convenient that the hospital and medical office building are across the parking lot for seamless care. I was there every day for 8-9 hours so I witnessed firsthand how positive everyone there was with patients. Always best of course for family members to help out whenever possible, and the staff is very open to a teamwork approach. Laundry and housekeeping did a great job also.

Communication initiated by my mom’s nurses and social workers at the facility is excellent. The care provided exceeds our family’s expectations. Always a positive experience for my mom during her respite stay.

My mother went there in 2014 after cancer treatment and hospital stay. They were great with my Mom. She went there unable to walk or move around independently but, after some hard work and a very proactive staff directing her rehabilitation she was able to return home with confidence in her ability to care for herself again.

The staff is happy, professional, and create a positive environment. Even though a stay in a care facility is not my moms favorite stop, she appreciated everything the staff did for her. Glad to recommend the Villas when you need a stopover from a hospital stay.

I recently sent my sister here for proper care which I couldn't provide at home for her recovery from a major vehicle accident. although it is far, I seen five star so I figured give them a chance, so we did. The call button didn't work for two days, the staff are rude They had wrong wrist band on her, someone elses name on it.they even asked my sister what nationality she was, she responded Native American so one of the nurses commented back oh, "an engine"- I strongly feel disrespected for that unprofessional remark and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone Not 5 star more like 1 1/2 stars. Clean place yes but need better professional care for the company SHARP.
