Slow response time to call requests, meals are sub quality and on many occasions not on time. Response times to calls mainly on evening and overnight shifts.

Great place for rehab if you have family support. The facility provides everything you would need to assist your loved one. Their staff is very friendly and supportive. My father spent one month at vierra Falls and improved with the help of physical and occupational therapy. He was well enough to be discharged and is doing well now. One thing I will say is that we had a lot of family that kept him company throughout the day but without that family support it would be very hard because the staff can't take care of everybody at all times. For us it worked out because we were willing to take turns coming to the facility to make sure he was okay. The best part about the facility is that it was very close to home and easy to get to. The staff at vierra also do a great job of communicating and letting family know what's going on. The food looked okay, dad seemed to like it so no issues there. I would definitely recommend this facility

If you or your mother, father, or children are fortunate enough to choose the era that best suits your family’s needs and find yourself in the right place, I’ve had the privilege of working with many individuals who have been in various rehabilitation centers in the metropolitan area. Among them, Vierra Falls Church Potomac stands out as the most creative and exciting lifestyle anyone could hope for especially daily activity!!!

As a resident for a long time, I can speak not only from personal experience but also from professional experience, having been an estate planning journey for 50 years. The staff at Vierra Potomac is simply remarkable. On the day I left, I couldn’t tell you how many people came to take pictures with me, wish me good luck at my new facility, and even shed tears together because of the incredible experience they’ve had.

Jennifer, in particular, is a specialist in setting up exciting staging in any space that allows her to be creative. Her work in the daily activity room is absolutely amazing. I recently moved into a very high-level, top-notch facility, and I can tell you that while they are wonderful, the Vierra Potomac experience is ten times better.

I won’t go into too much detail, but I want to emphasize that it’s an honor for me to suggest that you or your family take advantage of the incredible opportunities that these remarkable people at Vierra Potomac will offer you.
