Family owned so corporate office cares more about staffing for their own elderly family member at home so they don't have to watch themself rather than hiring staff in a timely manner to care for patients in their facilities. Facilities also have active BED BUGS well over a year now eating the residents and families not notified when they come to visit.

My sister, Beverly has lived at Brookstone Haven in Randleman for 3 years. She is intellectually disabled and is high functioning. She had lived in numerous group homes and did not like them. She is very happy now. The staff is wonderful. I love it for her and am very happy to have found such a great home for her.

Victorian Homes Brookstone Haven in Randelman has a caring staff and a truly great director Brenda Burrow! Grateful for the care they provide for my daughter! Thankful every time for this facility!

My grandma moved in about a year and a half ago at Archdale. The staff are always friendly and know me by name when I come in. She says that everyone is good to her and that the food is good, I really feel like this is the best possible place she could be!

I have asked for help at the Corp: location and Montgomery Village at Star NC. They have only made promises that they would handle the complaints , that my family has requested. If you have a family member at this location you should really visit ASAP as I have stated in last comment that I posted they should close ASAP . When I was their just this week it was not clean and I saw several BUGS crawling( Creep) If Social Service would do their job ,this place would have to shut down .
