My mother has resided at Victorian Floral Gardens for a little over a year now. Miss Pearl and her staff take wonderful care of her and my mother is very happy. It is comforting to see and know she is being well cared for since we live so far away. Even in emergencies, Miss Pearl and her staff take wonderful are calm and collected and extremely communicative. My mother was found unresponsive one evening and had to be given CPR by Miss Pearl as an ambulance was called. I had more communication during that stressful time from Miss Pearl than I got from the hospital during my mother’s entire 2 week stay there! I am very comfortable and at ease with the level of care my mother receives. I would recommend VFG to anyone looking for a more personalized assisted living experience for their loved one.

Pearl and her staff, at Victorian Floral Gardens, are truly amazing. She was HOME for my father up until the day he passed. Pearl Was more than a caretaker, but an angel. She handled things like making appointments, setting up transportation, calling nurses and doctor’s and anything else needed that made him feel comfortable and protected. She provided a supportive and loving environment for my father. Pearl kept us informed every step of the way, no matter how small the detail, giving us peace of mind during a difficult time. Over the years, I have seen Pearl and her staff take amazing care of her clients and their family. She will keep you updated on every aspect big or small. Choosing Victorian Floral Gardens was the best decision I made for my dad until his very last day. If you want your parent to be in a small, loving environment, that replicates a real home feeling, then Victorian Springs is the place!

My mother was a resident of Victorian Floral Gardens for two years up until her passing last month. The staff were truly fantastic. Pearl the owner and her staff were always quick with all communication and treated my mother like family. I got photos and FaceTime calls weekly with my mom and she was always happy and well taken care of. They provided home cooked meals and daily activities to make sure she remained active. Highly recommend this facility. The amazing level of care and communication made the transition for my mom very easy. Highly recommend.

My Mom has been at Victorian Floral Gardens for a few years now. I feel very comfortable with the care that is provided for her. Pearl the owner and her employees take the extra steps to make Mom happy, keep her healthy and activate her brain. Mom gets home cooked healthy meals, a doctor visit once a month, hair cuts and nails polished. She always looks neat and clean. The house is constantly decorated with something new to celebrate. They go all out for all the holidays. Since I don’t live in the area, Pearl frequently sends me picture of Mom which warms my heart. She makes an effort for me to feel close to my Mother. I am pleased that my Mother is well provided for and would highly recommend Victorian Floral Gardens to anyone. Deborah Risberg
