As a person whose job it is to help Seniors with Technology I visit a lot of independent living facilities. The Vi Living in Palo Alto is absolutely the best! I've never walked down the hall without residents or staff saying hello. I've had the opportunity to work with their programming department, front desk, engineering and they are all super helpful and and friendly to the residents and respond quickly. Can't recommend enough!

After my recent stay in the hospital, I spend 2 and 1/2 weeks at the Vi Palo Alto. I had a wonderful experience with this skilled nursing facility. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate. The facility was clean and very well maintained. The physical therapy was outstanding. They have helped me tremendously in getting stronger so that I can be successful in returning to my home. I appreciate the dedication and hard work of everyone at this facility. If you are looking for skilled nursing I would highly recommend the Vi Palo Alto.

After my back surgery at Stanford, I was accepted in skilled nursing at the Vi at Palo Alto with the warmest welcome. I have been a patient here for 3weeks. The medical staff is very attentive and very professional, the rehab facility has the best physical therapists There is a great feeling in the facility, great positive energy. I am difficult to impress with cleanliness, well, I am impressed . This place is kept immaculate. The Vi has a very creative chef who makes delicious food. I must say, the Vi has to be the best place for a good recovery. It is for me. Many thanks to the staff!!!

My mom has been at Vi for a number of years, across all four areas (independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care). Her overall experience across all four has been exceptional. The staff is caring and in general competent, especially in memory care where the level of interaction is the highest. The facilities are top notch, everything is well maintained. And the range of programming is great and geared well towards all levels of ability, everything from exercise classes to bingo to excursions.

My mother has been a resident of Vi at Palo Alto for nearly two decades, and our family could not be more grateful for the care and support she continues to receive. During her time at Vi, she has progressed through Independent Living, Assisted Living, and now resides in Memory Care. Having experienced the full continuum of care, we have seen firsthand the community's commitment to its residents at every stage of aging. The transitions between levels of care were never easy, but the staff consistently worked to make them as smooth and dignified as possible. Knowing that my mother could remain in a familiar community, surrounded by caring professionals who know her well, has provided tremendous peace of mind for our family. I would particularly like to recognize Neda, Director of Assisted Living and Memory Care. She is an exceptional leader whose compassion, professionalism, and dedication are evident every day. Neda treats residents with genuine respect and kindness while providing families with thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and confidence that their loved ones are receiving the best possible care. Her presence has made a meaningful difference in my mother's experience and in our family's confidence in the care she receives. The Memory Care team does an outstanding job creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment while preserving the dignity and individuality of each resident. It is clear that the staff truly care about the people they serve. After nearly twenty years as part of the Vi community, my family remains deeply appreciative of the care, compassion, and professionalism shown to my mother. We are thankful every day that she is surrounded by such dedicated people and would highly recommend Vi at Palo Alto to families seeking a community that provides exceptional care across every stage of senior living.
