We just moved our Son into Ventana Winds and in the short time of less than 2 weeks we are very satisfied with Rafael Ramos, Marketing Consultant who worked tirelessly helped getting the paper work correct. He answered all the phone calls and endless questions.<br>He was supported by the secretary "Denise" always pleasant and helpful.<br>I don't want to forget the Chef "Nacho" who makes outstanding meals authenticated by our son, Mike.<br>We also had a meeting with Abbie "Nurse" who was instrumental in getting Mike's medical issues resolved and med,s delivered as scheduled.<br>All of this wouldn't have happen if it were not for a very nice lady, Ms. Holly Erickson who pointed us in the right direction. She spoke highly of Ventana and we followed up! Very glad we did.<br>I know that there are others who make the ship sail smoothly but as of now we haven't met everyone. I am sure that they also will be of character that will reflect on this operation.<br>TO ALL, a job well done, a lot of stress off of our shoulders and a real sense of well being for our family.<br>Thanks,<br>Richard and Kary

My mother is looking forward to living at Ventana Winds!<br>Today we visited to see the apartment she’ll be living in and it was really nice to see all the work that goes into making the apartment fresh and new , ready for mom to make it a home. A big shout out to Randal and his team !<br>Director Rafael is amazing and goes out of his way to help make this process as smooth as possible. When you speak with him, you feel his authentic heart because he truly does care.<br>I watched closely how people interact with him and and the interactions are respectful, kind and loving….like a big family community.<br>Thank you Rafael!<br>Today was also our lucky day because we got treated to lunch while we were there and it was Mexican food day, yay! My family loves Mexican food, so we just had to taste Chef Nacho’s food…<br>and let us just say…he did not disappoint! It was authentic from scratch and delicious!<br>We got to have a short visit with Chef Nacho and he defiantly loves what he does and he and his team prepare wonderful meals for all. You’ll want to buy a meal ticket sometime and join your family member for a relaxing dining experience, with great conversations and really good food!.<br>Once our mom is moved in, we’ll get to meet more of the staff and we look forward to it because we know they will be just like the rest of the Ventana Winds family 😊

First I would like to say this facility has assisted and memory care. The assisted section is where my loved one resides and from Rafael in marketing to La’Tonya the nurse and Claudia the med tech all have a vision of caring and understanding. I was blessed to find such a wonderful place. Their vision and spirit is to help our elderly and people who have a disability that need some assistance with showering, dressing, medication etc. This is truly an assisted living facility that truly cares!

My dear dear friend, Carol moved into the independent living first…the staff was so kind and loving to her, always keeping things clean and especially concerned with her safety. Made sure she had her cup of coffee!<br>When she moved into memory care it was not an easy transition but the staff was again very loving and helpful. She had her cat with her until she could no longer care for her needs, but the staff always took the initiative to aid her.<br>The caregivers don’t get enough credit for all the love they show above and beyond the necessities. One of the absolute cleanest facilities I’ve ever visited.<br>Thank you to all who cared for Carol…she will be greatly missed.

In June 2025, my Uncle Ralph Gentile, also known as Uncle Toodles, transitioned to a memory care facility following a diagnosis of Dementia. The management and staff at this facility have demonstrated exceptional commitment to providing quality care. They are responsive and quick to address any issues that arise. One noteworthy aspect of the facility is its cleanliness; it avoids the unpleasant odors often associated with some care homes, contributing to a more positive atmosphere. Additionally, the grounds are meticulously maintained, enhancing the overall environment. We are very satisfied with the level of care he is receiving.
