I am in Ventana by Buckner now. I broke my right knee and right shoulder falling off a ladder. Everything here is fine, except getting attention from a nurse.

Ventana invited us to a lecture by Dr. Ken Cooper on Thursday 4/16/2026. We R.S.V.P.'d by phone. Upon arrival they could not find our name on the list and they refused us entry into the lecture! This happened with about 20 other invitees as well. The desk clerk. said they were full. I asked for them to simply put extra chairs at the back of the room to accommodate all 20 of us since it was their mistake about the clerical error of not recording the phone RSVP's. This was our first ( and now last) encounter with Ventana. Poorly run organization and lack. of customer service.

First of all let me say that the members there are awesome. I love their attitude. They're thankfulness and support to the associates. They are a pleasure to assist at any giving time.Second of all let me express that this could be a great community if the company would prioritize the employees that has been there longer, and give them seniority of any open positions and any opportunity of advancement with training, that would contribute to the employees becoming great leaders ,and great management staff, instead of going outside, looking for other leaders to come into the company to lead, which then have to be trained .This is a great company why not make it phenomenal?

My mom was here for 20 days. A huge thank you to Andrew with the transportation service department. Andrew was so kind to my parents. My mom truly loved talking to you. Thank you. Valerie with the same department was truly a blessing as well. You guys have a great team. Thank you for treating my mom so well. My dad was able to stay by my moms side each day. They feed my dad a meal each time. They had a bed in the room so they could be together. The nurses were great as well. This establishment was great to both of my parents. Thank you for having a great team! You guys are truly appreciate.
