Although my father was only there a few weeks, I thought the staff was very attentive to his needs and kept me updated frequently for his recommended care for his condition. A combined effort with the different specialists on what treatment would be in his best interests. Very thankful for their care when it mattered most. Very clean facilities and homey atmosphere.

Like anywhere. There are good staff and lazy staff My complaint is that the administration couldn't wait to say they could not rehab mom anymore so medicare payments would stop so the could charge more. Even the govt social worker seemed to side with the admin and she was supposed to advocate for us. Well she rehabed much better in home and no thanks to them, she is 92 and doing pretty well for having a rod and plate to repair a hip in 2017 at 90 yo.

While visiting two days in a row, the smell of urine was the first thing we noticed going through the doors. Further down the halls, the patients would ask for help and were ignored. We didn't see any activities either day Sunday or Monday. The room is so small and no chairs for visitors.My Mothers bed has been broken for months and when Dave asked the charge nurse today, Ms. Muchham stated she can't fix something she doesn't know is broken. Mothers room was dirty and cluttered. She always enjoyed listening to music, but all she her was yelling and staff complaining. We were there almost an hour and no bed change or calls were made to fix this on going problem. Mother was thirsty, mouth dry and cracked, yet Diana a nurse of 35 years was reprimanded to stop cleaning food out of Mom's mouth and giving her a drop of water on a toothette which staff didn't take time to do. This nurse also made my wife leave my dying Mother or be escorted out by security never to see Mother again. Such a long drive from MD and a nurse pulling rank which will come back one day! This is not how you treat her son and family of dying residents!
