Living at Valley View is such a pleasure for my husband and I. It offers us just the right amount of socializing and respectful privacy that our crazy lifestyle requires. Unlimited activities, or quiet time in the library are always available, as well as friendly neighbors with a smile and cheerful greeting. Life is good!

I was sick of living in apartment where no one knows anyone. At Valley View I’ve made so many friends I have lots of activities I can be involved in. My family has commented how much happier I am now with my active lifestyle in my retirement years.

What drew me to Valley View Cooperative was the community atmosphere and camaraderie of the members. The monthly calendar displays all scheduled activities we can participate in.

My father and I love the Valley View community. Valley View is very well run and Shannon is transparent with all of the members. For those who want to get involved, there are plenty of options for you! My father made so many friends and very active when he moved in. Valley View Cooperative far exceeded our expectations!!
