I highly recommend Valley Silvertown for your loved one, The facility was really clean and well maintained. They have a beautiful outdoor garden for the residents and manny activities for the residents to do. The rooms are very spacious and clean. My mother in law is really happy here and best of all has shown lots of improvement. The staff made us feel really comfortable and welcoming, they are very attentive and helpful. We highly recommend Valley Silvertown to anyone looking for a home away from home for there loved one..

Vally is a warm space surrounded by the warm sunlight. If you are here, you can feel the comfortable atmosphere. The monthly programs ,events and music performances make each day enjoyable for residents.

My family and I had a positive experience with Valley Silvertown. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, making my parents and our family feel at ease. The facility was clean and well maintained, with a beautiful garden for residents. The staff were attentive and professional, always available to assist with my parents’ needs. We appreciated the open communication and regular updates about their well-being. The private room was spacious and comfortable, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping it tidy. The meals were nutritious and varied, catering to different dietary needs. My parents especially enjoyed the communal dining experience, which gave them the chance to socialize with other residents. The activity schedule was diverse, including arts and crafts, exercise classes, and movie nights, which helped keep her engaged and active. In terms of healthcare, we felt confident in the medical care provided. The facility had a nurse on-site, and the staff were trained to handle emergencies effectively. The security measures, including secured entrances and emergency call buttons, provided peace of mind. Overall, Valley Silvertown exceeded our expectations. We moved mom into Fallbrook Glen a few months ago and we already see a remarkable improvement in her physical and mental health. Moving her during Covid had it’s challenges but Elizabeth in Sales and Marketing and Lily and the staff made the move and transition for mom as pleasant as possible. We are thrilled with her living at Fallbrook.

My mom moved in last week. She has had more than an amazing experience. The staff is so warm and kind ALL OF THE TIME. They have gone over and above to make my mom feel welcomed! They have helped her find her way and get situated. They have installed things in her room, built her a cabinet to have a little kitchen, and have helped get her room ready. The residents are super friendly too. She loves the quality of the food and the restaurant staff has been fantastic too! I am so happy she is there and feel confident and comfortable that she will be taken care of the way she deserves. A wonderful place for your loved ones to live!!!
