If I could give minus one stars, I would. Please stay away from them. RNs have no idea how to do wound vacs. I was told by the RN I give her bad vibes about my case. They have no training on transplant and what medication can do to our bodies. The end result was I was abounded with no wound vac no communication was ever done with my transplant team. The worst uncaring people!!!

Substandard care. Nurses not aware of wound care. Complained when called after my surgery...stating they were short staffed. Knowledge base very limited and in charge RN stating she would speak with staff. Sent photos and voiced concern. Supplies not available relaying budget cuts. More in services needed as well as empathy and sensitivity training. Excuses do not heal or provide care. Ashamed of this team.
