I helped move an Elderly friend from there the building is run down and the apartments are GHETTO looking. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here the place is in a bad area as well. You can find better low income buildings than what this place offers. Please STAY AWAY the Elderly deserve better than this place.

I grew up in poverty with alcoholic parents and lived in several bad neighborhoods. Lived in the projects too. That is exactly what this place reminds me of. The new owners of this place couldn’t care less about this apartment building. If you have other options please do not come here for your own sake. The water is awful here too.

Since a new company bought the building it reminds me of the projects. People other than residents have access to the building.. Security is a joke. The office people are rude and can"t give a direct answer. The famous words around is 'I will check on that or We are working on it. Usually it"s I cannot devolve that information. I have lived here for almost 4 years and it has went down hill. Terrible place to live or to be safe!

Great place to live...good sized apartments, friendly, attentive office staff...very clean grounds and common areas, maintenance staff is responsive and knowledgeable... courteous neighbors, security building, (you can view the lobby camera so you always know who is coming in)...plus security staff at night...super quiet...if you are 55+ or disabled...check it out
