I would give it seven stars! I have been on IV hydration for over nine years. United Caregivers gave me a lot of my life back. I was bed-ridden and now I can be up for several hours. Nurse Gina is exceptional in every way. She is a phenomenal IV nurse. I never had to fear the sticks. She helped me get a picc line and advocated for me to get a port. I was always included in the care. My iodine topical and latex allergy were carefully managed. When I needed a homecare doctor they knew who to call. They also prescribed PT and I had the best therapist come to my home. Communication is prompt, no phone tree - which I particularly appreciate. We had no billing issues. This agency is caring and well run!

I was home bound for over a month. Deaiva and Jerry were a blessing. Both of them were empathetic and caring when I needed understanding the most. I would highly recommend both of them.

I am seen by nurse Daiva, she helps me with my medications. I was very weak when I came home and she helped me to transition to my home life.

Daiva has been taking care of our grandmother for 5 years and has become family. She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to get all the details. Her follow up is fabulous and being a care taker for my grandmother she helps to relieve a lot of my stress.
