I have been with Ultimate Care NY since October 2024 and I am grateful for this agency hiring me. Today December 16th 2024 I stopped by after work around 4:50pm to get some free supplies and the receptionist asked me to sign in then handed me a nice Ultimate Care bag that can be carried on my shoulder; in that army colors bag were two small hand sanitizers, four bags of Large ( the receptionist has asked me what size I needed) size gloves and a box of masks, but that was not it, she also gave me a gift saying it is from Ultimate Care for every Aide to thank them and to celebrate the holidays: I went to eat at a pizza place around the corner because today is Monday and I have been fasting since sunrise so I was very hungry and thirsty (I am a Muslim woman who wears hijab and Ultimate Care NY did not discriminate against me for being a practicing Muslim woman; one thing I really appreciate and love about Ultimate Care…some agencies judged me for being a Muslim in the past and made me so unwelcome and uncomfortable). When I opened the gift bag, inside was a beautiful grey winter scarf with the Ultimate Care logo and a pair of gloves to match the scarf; the gloves were in a fancy gift bag. Thank you for making me feel special and welcome Ultimate Care. Thank you to the lady receptionist who gave me all these things today; unfortunately I forgot to ask her name but she is in my prayers, no doubt! I am forever thankful to be a part of this wonderful agency. I have been treated with respect so far by everyone I have encountered this far. If you know someone who wants to become a PCA or a HHA taking care of people in the comfort of their home, assisting with activities of daily living then I highly recommend Ultimate Care NY because they really care!

Hi My Name Is Shelly I had a amazing Orientation and Beth & Judy The Receptionist are really good and welcoming when I applied . Bianca and the nurse where all good. Gladys and Stephanie & Joanne where really Nice .Daisy and Sabrina where very Direct and explained everything.i will recommend Ultimate Care to all my friends =)

Well I’ve just started my journey at Ultimate Care and for the most part I can honestly say they’re amazing.The staff is very welcoming and my recruiter is such a doll. She made sure I handled everything I needed to. Now off to begin working towards my destination. Thank you guys
