Making the decision to move my mom from her home to a facility for her safety was one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life. Two Hearts stood out from the first moment of contact (Eddy called after I completed the information request on a Friday night at 9 PM- to see if he could answer any questions!) . I followed up by working with Dominique who did not put any pressure on me but answered questions and responded that she would be there when I was ready. I was able to meet some of the staff before taking mom - and they made me feel welcome from the very first time I was inside - Especially Amanda and "Exercise Hannah" (who literally reached out and hugged me - as I was struggling emotionally). Over the days after taking mom, EVERY SINGLE CAREGIVER (Dawn, Jenn, Amanda, Chyna, Roniya, Danielle, Haley, Cydney, Hannah and Savannah) introduced themselves and made themselves available to me and mom. The kindness, love and care that all of these caregivers emanate is beyond belief. They care for mom, as they would care for their own mom/grandmother. I am so very grateful that I found this place, it is truly ONE OF A KIND, and is true to everything it posts. The staff takes pride in treating my family as THEIR FAMILY. - I cannot thank them enough for everything they do-- every day.

We love the care and commitment that the staff at Two Hearts in Crown Point provides my mother-in-law. This is such a small family atmosphere with only 16 rooms. As soon as you walk through the door you will realize how awesome this place is. The people that take care of the residents are beyond great!! They always have a smile on their faces and take care of my mother-in-law as if she was their own Grandma. I cannot express the relief it is knowing that she is well cared for and enjoys the staff. The two employees that I have dealt with the most are Amanda and Chyna. OMG, these two young ladies are so sweet and always have smiles on their faces. They work tirelessly and I hope they realize how special they are. In addition, Dawn and Jenn have been a blessing to deal with as well. They always respond to my text questions or concerns in a timely manner. I know I am not mentioning other names, but, please know that you are appreciated as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We have nothing but praise for the Crown Point facility during our brief association.<br>Our loved one was so welcomed and loved on.<br>Dawn made his favorite baked beans and gave him fruit treats. All the ladies there made both our loved one and us feel so comfortable and secure. We knew he was in the right place ❤️<br>At the end of his life, we were all treated with compassion and dignity.<br>We were left alone to spend the final hours with him.<br>I could not think of a better place for a loved one that needs help, and for families that need to have the assurance that they are being treated well. It truly is like family, like home. ❤️<br>With deepest gratitude ❣️

Choosing a respite care facility for my mother was one of the hardest decisions I've had to make, but Dominique at Two Hearts Homes for Seniors in Crown Point, Indiana made it an easy one. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt like a breath of fresh air. Everything was clean, tidy and full of happy! Dawn immediately hugged and welcomed by mom while Jenn greeted us with a big hello from the kitchen while she was cooking their upcoming lunch. All of the staff treated my mom with the utmost dignity, care and concern! Dawn always ensured her medications were managed perfectly and her daily routine remained consistent. Amanda always made sure she was well fed.<br>My mom absolutely loved the daily activities and the beautiful nail design Jenn did for her. All the staff made sure she was happy and loved on! My mom remembers Amanda giving her first hug winning at Bingo. She enjoyed all her fresh cooked meals. Her room was bright, clean, comfortable with a private bathroom and shower. Roniya made sure she ate dinner, was safely tucked in bed, TV on and comfortable sleeping.<br>I returned to pick her up to find her smiling, more energetic, and deeply cared for. Thank you to the ALL of the wonderful team at Two Hearts Homes for Seniors for giving my mom all the loving care you did. You are all truly angels on earth!! 🫶🏻♥️🫶🏻. We will definitely be back!! 🥹🥰

It is a wonderful place that is ideal for those who are still active and slight memory loss, as well as for those who may need a little assistance. The location, the house floor plan, and the staff of Two Hearts all create a perfect feeling of home away from home place. The Two Hearts family are very friendly, helpful, highly dedicated and great caring people. Keep it up!
