I feel and fear for some of the senior residents. They need cameras in these rooms. You're considered a trouble maker, if you speak about the wrong doings. Therapy is the safest place there. I left too soon medically, but I was glad to leave there.

I think and feel like of the staff is not doing their job, and that the place should be supervise more often the smell of urine us all throw the place and some staff is not reporting to the family that are in charge to the family member as the condition of the patient, I am not satisfied or impress as what I see going on here;

My Uncle has been at Twin Oaks for about 2 years and his health has declined. He had a bedsore on his foot that was untreated and it had him feeling so bad that he called 911 for himself. He made it to the hospital for the doctors to find that his foot has been obviously neglected. When the doctor unwrapped my Uncle's foot, he turn his head because of the smell and the look of it. They had to quickly amputate just below the knee. These are facts and I all of those patients are being neglected. Please someone help us, help them. That Facility is unfit. I know that there are patients there with little to no insurance, but these patients deserve still the best care

Beautiful facility that is kept impeccably clean. Staff are always kind and friendly and take excellent care of their patients. Even if someone is having a bad day they are smiling. Honestly this is the best facility in Mobile county and is a hidden treasure.

My mother was here for two months with dementia after beating covid, ended up in hospital dehydrated, compacted, and died 3 days later. Lost weight rapidly had to call and speak to someone when on zoom call she was unresponsive yet trained professional didn't pick up on it.
