​A complete waste of time due to poor communication. After Helen rescheduled my tour appointment on Wednesday for Thursday, I drove 20 minutes today only to be told she had to move in before July 1st for their affordable housing discount. (As if affordable housing applies only this month.)I had already made it clear my mother cannot move in until July 1st on her fixed income. As a property management professional, I find it incredibly frustrating that they hid this information just to get me in the door for a sales pitch. On top of that, never saw a unit. She was so busy trying to sell or get me to agree on a product that I never saw/toured.Make sure things are clear before driving to tour an apartment here. ​

The Tuscany at Goldmark is an all-adult independent living apartment complex for people who are 62+. The elevators are the main way to get to floors 1-4. There are staircases for those who wish to use them and in case of an emergency. I've lived here for several years, and I'm going to continue renewing my lease. Tuscany is under new ownership with some great management teams.

My mom has been a resident here for 14 years and the decline in this property is horrible. The "security gate" has not closed in 2+ years. This allows people not part of the community to enter at all times, dig through the "temporary" dumpster (there for 1+ years) and sleep all over the property. The elevators in 1 building didn't work, stranding the residents. (Has been fixed) The units are being updated, so current residents are being told to pack up their stuff and store it, live in hotels, then move their own stuff back. Not all office staff but most are rude and dismissive. Do NOT move your family here if you love them.
