Horrible service! The nurses are very rude, they treat the residents like they don’t care . They barely reposition the residents or clean the residents . They don’t care for anybody at all . The whole establishment smells like pee .

went there today (04.18.26) & as soon as the door opens, there's a horrible piss smell that is crazy..the staff was nice but it's beyond belief that this place is so nasty & smells like that..this place needs a thorough cleaning with a lot of bleach
