This review is in regards to the application process and orientation. The application process was seamless and didn’t take long. The receptionist at the Bronx office was professional and swift. Judissa was the instructor for the orientation and in service at the Bronx location. She was professional, clear, knowledgeable, and kind. The free delicious lunch provided at orientation was also a pleasant and unexpected touch.

The class and orientation was great! The coordinator Wendy was very nice a thorough, I left with a great understanding of what True Care expects and the services to be provided. I highly recommend this agency.

Judissa was very kind, patient, and helpful throughout the orientation. She took the time to explain documentation clearly and made sure I understood how to complete everything correctly. Because of her guidance, I was able to understand the material better and feel more confident moving forward. She created a welcoming environment and was always willing to answer questions. Overall, I really enjoyed the orientation and appreciated all the support and knowledge she provided.

Went to orientation there today as HHA. Wendy was my instructor for today. A very efficient and clear orientation class I ever had as caregiver. The best part, they have us lunch too. Wendy did great job as an instructor, in terms of details, time efficient and clarity of the material. Two thumbs up. 👍👍

I really enjoyed the class today. Ms Wendy was very kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which made the class easy to understand. The classroom was also nicely decorated, and I really liked the atmosphere. It felt welcoming and comfortable. I also appreciated that lunch was provided during the break, which was very thoughtful since many other agencies don’t do that. Thank you for such a great learning experience!💗🎉
