I stayed at Tripoli Nursing and Rehab, and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the friendly and caring staff made us feel like family. Everyone was genuinely attentive, kind, and went out of their way to ensure comfort and dignity at all times. A special thank you to Kenzie (Assistant Director of Nursing) — her warmth, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out. She was always approachable, quick to address any concerns, and clearly passionate about providing excellent care. You can tell she leads with heart, and it makes a real difference in the quality of life for the residents. The food was another pleasant surprise! The meals were not only nutritious but also tasty and well-prepared, with good variety and thoughtful presentation. Overall, Tripoli Nursing and Rehab feels like a caring, close-knit community rather than just a facility. If you're looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with respect, compassion, and excellent care, I highly recommend them.
