They have some of the worst nurses. One refused to come out and do her job. The other insulted me and told me I wasn’t cleaning him up good enough when. His catheter came out… sorry but I’m not a licensed nurse. I can’t fix that.do not ever use!!!!! Then then induced death with my husband by loading him with morphine repeadedly on a matter of a couple of hours. Do not ever use hillcrest!!!

Completely under staffed and food is terrible. I learned this, not just from my parents, but first hand. I stayed with both my parents when they were dying. It's not acceptable. I will say their social worker, Dawn, is a God send. She truly cares about the residents and the families. She was my rock more than once.
