Always late with the food, took 4 days for my wife to even place an order then when she did, they got it wrong!! Nurses not on the same page. Wife missed a dose of a very important medicine then the nurse made her wait until the next dose, even after she knew that the night nurse missed the morning medicine!! It was not written down that he dispensed it to the wife so... give it to her dang!?

After aortic root open heart surgery, my husband had to have physical therapy to be able to walk up the three flights of stairs to our apartment. We chose Triple Creek Retirement Community, and we are glad we did. Thanks to Linda and the other physical therapists, received excellent physical therapy and was able to reach his goal of walking up those 3 flights of stairs in three weeks. Also, Mia, Shameka and all of the nurses went above and beyond the call of duty in caring for him. Erin, Tracey and Maddy in dietary prepared fresh wholesome meals and soup every day that aided in his recovery. Triple Creek also has a great administrator Kathryn who was very kind and caring to all the patients. The social worker at Triple Creek Retirement provided a seamless transition for his return home. He was discharged late Friday evening, but by Saturday morning at 9am he was getting physical therapy from his home. We are so thankful and grateful for all the staff and administration at Triple Creek for helping my husband to have success on his road to recovery from open heart surgery.

I was there right after open heart surgery and I needed extra care and special care, like rehab, etc. The care was excellent. The nurses were caring and went out of their way to help, I know, because I did things that caused them extra work like spill water in the bed and had to call them to change the sheets and they always were very pleasant. I don't know all of their names, but a shout out to Andrea, Meme (spelling), Linda, and all of the rest.
