THSC over the past several years has continued to nickel and dime residents! (parents have lived in a THSC over 10 years)<br><br>The latest mandate, if on medication services, you have to use the THSC assigned pharmacy or get billed $50 a month (to cover their medication mismanagement liability?). Check to make sure their little pharmacy is in your Part D prescription network before moving to a THSC! It isn't for my parents so THSC is costing them their savings either way.

Glacier Hills in Ann Arbor Michigan has SIGNIFICANTLY declined in quality, safety, and dedicated staff services since Trinity Health Senior Communities took over a few of years ago and well before covid hit!<br>My parent has lived there for about 7 years and the first few years were great!! Before Trinity,  residents had significant say in defining the community and keeping it great.  They had two full time, dedicated social workers and dedicated, experienced staff with longevity at Glacier Hills. There was little staff turnover so we knew who to trust and staff became a stable support system. Well worth the high price tag.<br>However, the family has personally witnessed the sharp decline in management priorities for residents, family members, quality staff and services. Trinity took control from the residents and GH staff and pretty much dictates what goes on - true evidence that GH is no longer a high quality, resident-focused place for our loved ones.  Trinity only allows for one, part-time social work services.<br>Trinity has turned Glacier Hills into a bare minimum standards concept with part-time,  transient, disengaged,  high turnover staff. Trinity pays CNAs and other GH staff who provide services to vunerable senior citizens at fast food industry payscale. Residents are still denied weekend evening communal dining and communal morning cafe service which are critical for seniors.<br>In the past four years, Trinity has turned over Glacier Hills' top management.. President position 3 times and Assisted Living/CRC administrator 3 times. The newly hired AL/CRC administrator has little over 2 years senior care setting experience, no medical background and 12 years restaurant chain manager experience.  Sales/Marketing staff turnover was 100%.<br>Trinity is now trying to hide low quality service standards and poor resident relations with a fresh coat of paint, interior updates and BIG promises that quality will be restored. You can only pretty up a pig so much. Definitely no longer worth the price tag they still quote!!!
