This company has some of the best clinicians in the city. They all lead with the heart to be of service. Despite limitations set by insurance companies they make their best efforts to go above and beyond for their patients and truly are an incredible team. I highly recommend this company.

The physical therapist never called or showed up. All crickets. Still waiting. This is not the first time TC Health Care was supposed to assist with a close friend and never showed. Would not recommend them!!! Makes one wonder if they bill Medicare for services but never show.

Most of my nurses were great. However had an issue with on call nurse who refused to come and replace a dressing that fell off. On call nurse yelled at me over the phone. This happened on a Friday I called Monday morning asking to speak with a supervisor. Was transferred to voicemail left message.received no call back. Called back on Thursday was finally connected to a supervisor. The supervisor interrupted my explanation of events several times. Did not take responsibility or even apologize for the incident. Kept telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Have had several issues with the office when starting service as well. Would not recommend them I have changed providers. Very disappointed faith the lack of thier level of duty of care.
