Do your research before you send your love ones to this hole. Research IN.gov and check out their ratings. Shocking that their doors are still open. I would rate them negative 5 stars if I could. My father was dehydrated, malnourished, had bed sores, and was septic to name a few things that was wrong with him before they finally decided to take him to the ER. Needless to say, he did not make it. They also encourage their employees to post these false reviews. This place and the people who work and run this infested hole should be held accountable for their actions.
