PLEASE HEAR ME WHEN I SAY IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I WAS SENT THERE FOR REHABILITATION. THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS MY AID... AND SHE WAS WORKING SO HARD AND LONG HOURS. I WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN AND NO ONE CAME TO MY AIDE...MY AID KEPT TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO COME HELP ME. I EVEN CALLED THE FRONT DESK TO ASK FOR HELP AND STILL NO ONE CAME UNTIL MY FAMILY GOT THERE. MY FAMILY HAD TO COME TO THE FACILITY. THEY MADE THEM CALL 911 FOR ME. NOW I AM BACK IN THE HOSPITAL. IT ONLY TOOK THEM 2 DAYS TO RUINED ALL MY PROGRESS. I WAS READMITTED IMMEDIATELY SUGAR 450 WBC 36.... THEY WERE NOT CONCERNED WITH ME AND SOME OF THE COMMENTS THAT WERE MADE SHOWED IT. A CLOSE FRIEND CAME TO SEE WHEN I HAD LEFT IN THE EMS AND THEY TOLD HER THEY DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ME. BEFORE I WAS IN EMS GOOD THEY WERE PACKING ( BREAKING MY BELONGING) INSTEAD OF LETTING MY FAMILY DO IT. BROKE MY CPAP MACHINE, PHONE CHARGER AN I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE IS MISSING FROM MY BELONGS. LIKE WHERE I WAS OR WHAT HAPPENED TOO ME. SHE KNEW SHE WAS JUST IN THAT ROOM WITH ME THE DAY BEFORE. SO WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. I WOULD NOT SEND MY WORSE ENEMY TO THIS PLACE.

This is possibly the worst place my mom has been sent to. People will sit for hours in their used diapers, which eventually will cause them to get UTI’s my mom has had several due to this. The nurses will sit around and laugh with each other while call bells are on. There have been several instances that my mom has had her call bell on so long that she falls asleep and instead of waking her, the staff just turns it off. The staff are extremely rude and hate their job. They make it quite obvious that they hate their job by how they interview and carry themselves. They act nicer when family is there, sometimes. Some staff are rough with the patients during changing or shower time, sometimes have even made fun of patients who aren’t able to articulate themselves properly. There have been times my mom has needed to go to the hospital, and they didn’t want to send her. This last time the demanded 5 times before the nurse quote arguing with her and finally decided to help. My mom was in ICU and made it to a regular hospital room finally. This neglect could have caused my mothers death. Luckily, that was the last straw and she will be moved to a different facility.
The rooms have roaches, leaks, and are just awful. The staff will claim they are understaffed and when I brought all of my concerns to the previous administration, he said they were not understaffed. The staff are just lazy, hate being there, and hate the patients.
They also let other patients just sit around in the hallways, and nurse station.
I have made a complaint to the state.

My wife was sent to Tower Nursing and Rehab Ctr from the hospital. I was skeptical, the building is old and needs renovation but it is clean and the people were friendly, helpful, and concerned about patient care. I was surprised! Highly Recommend!
