I have noticed significant positive improvements at this facility. The staff sometimes have to provide information and enforce policies that residents and/or families may not always agree with or want to hear and this is then unfortunately mistaken for poor performance. This facility has come a long way and continues to make positive changes.

When you walk in the main entrance it smells like waste. The food my dad received was always cold. They charged him money and haven’t credited anything back. Then they packed his belongings up and only received partial back. When trying to retrieve the remaining items I was informed “ sorry ma’am but that department has already left for the day”. So I have to find a way to get there before 2 when I work til 5 everyday.<br>So do not send your parent here.

When I got there I felt out of place fortunately the CNAs & housekeeping welcomed there & became my friends while I was there. Y gracias equipo de Verónica en housekeeping para ayudar a todos nosotros de la limpieza y lavar la ropa cada día. But also unfortunately too many times the residents are treated like prisoners being closed in you can't go out side everyday in the patio or in the front when you wanted & not enough variety in activities & other events it's the same games & only lasts an hour. Also concerning is the 1rst Floor Social Worker there she's not very helpful in individual needs & people (like me) trying find a new apartment to live or other needs, she never keeps her promises she lies to people & fights/argues with residents, employees sometimes without any reasons. All she likes to do is move people from room to room without tell telling anyone. She lies too much I can't trust her spends more time in her office than helping people she's not very social for being a social worker & she needs to show she cares about the people there. The peoples life should matters more than the money that comes into the place. Special events with their donors the residents should be included in those events. There's also to many restrictions for this of us who are more mobile than others who are trying to walk again not everyone's disability are the same & we are human too we need to be treated with more respect especially those who are there now.

This healthcare center is very unprofessional, unethical and hippa violators. The social worker Michelle is not a great representative of the company. Even though there were some paper complications, she took it upon herself To cohort other family member members that wasn’t on the paperwork of my father to become the surrogate. He visited the hospital 2 to 3 times being there. And then she took it upon herself to cohort Those same family members to be his power of attorney. Never telling us that the transfer was in process, but they call us to get a payment after never filing the medical coverage that will help pay for my dance coverage while he stay. Also, as well as telling those family members who now has control over my dad‘s life about his bank statements. Claiming we was using my dad’s money and not paying them for his stay. She is a lying, fast talking, conniving individual and you should not trust her or this facility being represented by her. Please find another place for your loved ones. Thanks to her. My dad is hours away from his children that was near him because I am the out of town daughter.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Tower Hill Healthcare Center during a networking event, and I was very impressed with the facility and the level of care they provide. They offer private and semi-private suites, as well as services for short-term rehab, long-term care, memory care, and even in-house dialysis, which is a huge benefit for patients. Amanda, the Community Relations Director, was incredibly welcoming and informative during our visit. It’s clear the team here is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care. I would definitely recommend Tower Hill to anyone looking for specialized care for a loved one.
