I toured Touchmark while looking for a care facility for my mother, and it exceeded my expectations. The grounds are beautiful, the campus is well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Director of Dining Ashlee W. provided great insight into the dining program, restaurants, and bar -features my mom would really enjoy. Based on my visit, Touchmark is currently at the top of my list.

Touchmark at Emerald Lake was a game changer for my mom and our family. The facility is spotless and sits on beautiful grounds. The staff is so kind and caring and genuine. The activities are thoughtful and engaging. My mom is happy and content and loves her space. We couldn't be happier for her. What a blessing!

This place is a cruise ship on land. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. The entire staff went above and beyond to help us relocate a family member from out of state. They are very well connected in the community and helped us also locate a PT rehabilitation facility on short notice. They provided a lot of guidance and insight that made the move in process less stressful. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping has been extremely kind to her. Special thanks to Rochelle, Danielle, Martin, and Wes. We have peace of mind knowing that our family member is happy and thriving.
